we ship via first class with the united states postal service. shipping is $5 flat rate for any address in the us. please allow 24-48 hours for processing and handling prior to receiving your tracking # confirmation email. receiving your goods typically takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are located in the united states. sorry, we do not accept international orders at this time.

if you are interested in returning your unopened product within 30 days of receiving it, please follow our return process below.

1) email hello@zadaka.com to alert us that you will be returning your product.

2) within 30 days of receiving your product, ship the product back to the return shipping address on your package – please also email the tracking number to hello@zadaka.com.

3) once we receive your package and confirm its unopened condition, we will issue a refund and email you a refund confirmation. refunds usually appear on your bank statement within 3-7 business days.
