get the most out of your topical scoop a healthy amount of product out of the jar (ideally with clean hands). apply the cooling rub directly to inflamed joints and/or sore muscles. gently massage intended area while allowing for total absorption. repeat as often as necessary. for external use only. 

tip for first-timers If you’re unsure how your body may react, start with a spot test. apply a moderate amount of product to one area of your skin and observe over the course of 24 hours.

maintenance we suggest that you store your muscle rub in a cool, dry place. this product does not contain preservatives, so it will melt if exposed to high temperatures for a prolonged period of time. If the product melts, simply freeze (or refrigerate) until the formula returns to a solidified state and then let it come to room temperature. the product is still usable in oil form and will not degrade, but will have a more luxurious texture if cooled after melting.
